Lessons
The primary goal of our lesson program is to help create and guide students to be the best partner to their horse that they can be. Lessons are available based in dressage fundamentals to give the rider a more solid seat, connection, and ability to communicate clearly with the horse for all purposes. Safety, mutual respect between the horse and rider, and all around enjoyment from start to finish are my focal points to be able to move towards any goal with your horsemanship and skills. All sessions include awareness of horsemanship and care, groundwork, and under saddle work. If the rider desires to compete, we offer competitive opportunities here on the farm or to travel with our team. All ages and abilities are welcome and we take much joy in introducing new riders to the equine world.

Training
Training usually focuses on clarifying the ABCs of communication to the horse, whether just starting in their work, rehabbing from a less than ideal situation, or focusing on furthering education. Using dressage basics to connect with a horse's mind and body will help show it how being a willing respectful partner is enjoyable and improve any horse's training for any discipline. Specializing in starting young horses and retraining 'rehab' cases to reteach them to enjoy their work.

Our program and care is designed with the goal of raising the horse's overall well being and health to the highest level that we can. Physical and mental health are closely tied together and we recommend having a vet assess most horses before starting new training programs, to help ensure the horse is sound and capable of changing work load.
